Taiwan’s Stock Market Welcomes Four New Listings

The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) Board of Directors approved the initial public offering (IPO) applications of four companies on the 20th: Carota-KY (7778), Dada Broadband, Bellwether, and Sun East Machinery. The approvals bring fresh momentum to Taiwan’s equity capital market. Among them, Carota-KY is a foreign company applying for listing on the Taiwan Innovation Board.
Carota-KY is a global one-stop provider of over-the-air (OTA) software updates and remote AI-powered diagnostics solutions, with extensive applications in smart connected vehicles and robotics. Dada Broadband is a fixed-line broadband service provider under Dafu Media, a leading cable television group, and has received strategic investment from Chunghwa Telecom. Bellwether is a high-value testing components manufacturer listed on the Emerging Stock Market, focusing on key applications such as advanced semiconductor test probe cards. Sun East Machinery specializes in advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes and automation equipment for AI servers.
To further expand the business development opportunities available to listed companies, the TWSE recently partnered with Yuanta Securities to host the “2026 Capital Market Forum for High-Quality Enterprises.” Representatives from companies of various industries and sizes were invited to participate. Through introductions to the listing system and face-to-face exchanges, the event aimed to help businesses understand the various pathways to listing and the advantages of entering the capital market, while making effective use of capital market resources to support long-term growth and global expansion.
In his opening remarks, Chen Yi-Cheng, Director of the TWSE’s Listing Department I, stated that Taiwan’s capital market has demonstrated strong resilience and robust activity. The total market capitalization of listed companies has now exceeded NT$161 trillion, ranking among the world’s leading stock exchanges.
Taiwan’s capital market benefits from comprehensive industrial clusters and vibrant trading activity, providing strong support for corporate fundraising and growth.
The TWSE continues to respond to corporate needs and market developments by improving its systems and regulatory framework. It also aligns with the government’s policy direction to establish an “Asia Asset Management Center,” fostering a more business-friendly environment that encourages corporate development and investor participation.
In her remarks, Chiang Shu-Hua, Senior Executive Vice President of Yuanta Securities, noted that entering the capital market represents an important opportunity for companies to advance to the next stage of development. In addition to expanding fundraising channels, a public listing can enhance corporate visibility, strengthen corporate governance, and help attract outstanding talent.
Yuanta Securities will continue leveraging its capital market expertise and working with the TWSE to help high-quality enterprises plan their listings. Through experience sharing and mutual exchanges, the two parties aim to deepen their understanding of corporate needs and jointly explore opportunities for business development and effective utilization of capital market resources.
Looking ahead, the TWSE stated that it will continue to refine its capital market framework and services in response to national policies and industrial development trends. By helping more high-quality enterprises enter the capital market, the TWSE aims to further enhance the international visibility and competitiveness of Taiwan’s capital market.
